The SPREADERSHIELD® material family provides thermal solutions for the heat dissipation challenges of electrical, electronic, and thermomechanical components.

These are pure graphite laminates that, through a molecular alignment process, achieve a unique anisotropic property, providing heat conductivity that can double that of copper in the plane direction and surpass the best thermal greases in thickness direction.

As such, SPREADERSHIELD® becomes a heat spreader that absorbs heat from any point source and rapidly distributes it across its surface.

HITHERM® is a family of thermal interface materials that replace thermal greases, silicone pads, and epoxy-based adhesives in thermally linking a heat source to its heat sink. Its high flexibility and compressibility ensure perfect contact between the surfaces, with the resilience needed to absorb deformation caused by thermal expansion of parts or screws.

With heat transfer capabilities several times higher than the best thermal grease, HITHERM® is a pure graphite laminate that can be self-adhesive for easier installation.

HITHERM® has virtually infinite shelf life and does not age or crystallize due to time or high temperatures, ensuring the same thermal conductivity from day one throughout the equipment's life cycle.
