This course includes a description of the fundamental properties of Grafoil® and technical information on its performance compared to other materials on the market.
It also offers a quick overview of the various grades and materials offered by Grafoil® through Glass Pack® in South America and their specific applications, as well as criteria to evaluate the quality of flexible or expanded graphite materials.
This course is aimed at maintenance and/or engineering personnel and provides the foundation for drafting procedures for gasket installation in flanged joints in general, with a particular focus on the gaskets manufactured by Glass Pack® using Grafoil® flexible graphite.
