GRAFOIL® Preformed Rings
The most reliable, longest-lasting, and universally applicable packings.
They offer considerable advantages over other packings available on the market, including:
- Resilience

- Sealability
- Fire Resistance
- Custom-made and pre-compressed, allowing all rings in a packing set to be installed simultaneously, saving labor hours.
They can also be manufactured for static applications (replacing gaskets and O-rings) from sections as small as 1 x 1 mm up to diameters of 1500 mm.

GRAFOIL® Laminates with and without Metal Insert
Flexible graphite sheets branded Grafoil® stand out from all imitations due to quality controls that ensure minimal harmful impurities.
Uniform density is another distinctive feature, making Grafoil® products very reliable.
The inorganic, non-metallic corrosion inhibitor both prevents galvanic corrosion and minimizes graphite oxidation, significantly increasing the usable range compared to competitors.

Grafoil® Tapes with and without Adhesive for Gaskets, Threads, and Packing
Grafoil® tapes, manufactured in South America from original raw materials and specifications, are used in three main applications:
Available in various widths and thicknesses to cover a wide range of uses.
– Non-adhesive corrugated tape, for forming packing rings for valves and pumps on-site.
– Adhesive corrugated tape, for making flat gaskets by applying to flanges, also for repairing camprofile gasket faces (0.4 and 0.8 mm thickness).
– Adhesive smooth tape, for threads and threaded joints (0.13 and 0.25 mm thickness).
- Special grades for nuclear use and super-inhibited for very high temperatures.

Grafoil® Thread Sealing Paste, GTS Grade
GTS grade Grafoil® paste is designed to seal and lubricate fine threads of small diameters (up to 2 inches) exposed to high temperatures (up to 650 °C in steam and 900 °C in air).
- Meets most nuclear use specifications due to high purity and thermal stability.
- Contains a corrosion inhibitor that prevents galvanic corrosion and reduces graphite oxidation.

Expanded PTFE Tape for Gaskets GP-Flon®
PTFE is the most chemically inert sealing material available on the fluid sealing market. GP-Flon® self-adhesive tapes are easy to apply to form a continuous cord or gasket bead that ensures joint tightness.
Expanded PTFE adds superior conformability and elasticity to the chemical resistance typical of this polymer, making it excellent for sealing highly corrosive acidic or alkaline fluids. Also ideal for sealing soft or fragile flanges.

Expanded PTFE Sheets GP-Flon®
PTFE is the most chemically inert sealing material available on the market. GP-Flon® sheets can be easily die-cut to produce custom gaskets for your flanges or covers.
Expanded PTFE adds superior conformability and elasticity to the chemical resistance of the polymer, making it excellent for corrosive acidic or alkaline fluids. Ideal for soft or fragile flange sealing.

Reinforced PTFE Sheets TG/UCAR323®
UCAR/TG-323 sheets combine the chemical resistance of PTFE with the creep resistance provided by fiberglass mesh reinforcement.
This universal application material (up to 245 °C) definitively solves the low-load relaxation or creep problem of PTFE.

Glass Pack® Camprofile Gaskets
Camprofile gaskets are an excellent option for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. Glass Pack® manufactures these widely used gaskets in thermal power generation and nuclear industries in South America, using top-quality materials compliant with international standards (ASME, DIN, etc.) or custom specifications.

We manufacture Spiral Wound Gaskets according to international standards (API, ASME, DIN, JIS), as well as special sizes with the highest quality and fast delivery.

Machined Gaskets
